중요 : Royal Gazette에 게시 된이 문서에 따르면

섹션 12 (4) 및 섹션 44 (2)에 대한 이민법이 변경되어

외국인이 태국에 머물기 위해서는 

COVID-19 테스트를 받아야 할 필요성이 생겼습니다

 

 

이 내용은 2020 년 12 월 25 일 Royal Gazette에 게재되었습니다.

밑줄이 그어진 부분은 30 일 후에 법이 시행될 것이라고 말합니다.

그래서 그것은 2021 년 1 월 25 일입니다. 다음 주입니다.

이민법의 다음 항목에 추가되고 있습니다.

 

제 12 조

다음 범주에 해당하는 외계인은 왕국에 입국 할 수 없습니다.

(4) 정신이 이상하거나 장관 규정에 명시된 질병을 앓고있는 경우.

1. 나병

2. 위험한 단계의 결핵

3. 림프 성 필라리아 증 (코끼리 증)

4. 마약 중독

5. 3 기 매독

6. 코로나 바이러스 질병 2019 또는 COVID-19

 

제 44 조

외국인이 (2) 신체적 허약, 정신적 결함 또는 장관 령에 규정 된 질병을 앓고있어 자신의 생계를 유지할 수없는 것으로 보이는 경우, 어떤 외국인도 왕국에 거주 할 수 없습니다.

 

1. 나병

2. 위험한 단계의 결핵

3. 림프 성 필라 리아 증 (코끼리 증)

4. 마약 중독

5. 알코올 중독 

3 매독

7. 코로나 바이러스 질병 2019 또는 COVID-19

 

몇 가지 요점에 대한 명확성을 얻고 이민국에서 발표 한 후에는 물론 여기에 더 많은 정보를 게시 할 것입니다. 그러나 우리 모두 알고 있듯이 그것은 아마도 전날 올 것입니다.

 

 

 

IMPORTANT: According to this document published in the Royal Gazette, the Immigration law for Section 12 (4) and Section 44 (2) has been changed to include the need for the foreigners to have a #COVID19 test done in order to stay in #Thailand. 
This was published in the Royal Gazette on 25th December 2020. The part that is underlined says it will become law 30 days later. So, that is then 25th January 2021. The week after next. I’ve already had someone tell me that they were told by their local Immigration that they need to do a COVID test before they come in on Monday to extend their stay. This is not correct as it doesn’t start until 25th January. If they try to do that then show them this document. 
As usual, not everything is clear yet. From what I understand (and to be transparent here, there has been no announcement by Immigration yet), this is for everyone who is entering Thailand and for everyone already here and need to extend their stay. It is also needed for those people who are applying for residency. The document doesn’t say how far in advance you need to get the COVID test done. And as these are not cheap, who will pay? You or your employer?

 

The need for a COVID test are being added to the following in the Immigration Act:

 

 

SECTION 12 Aliens falling into any of the following categories are excluded from entering the Kingdom (4) Being of unsound mind or having any of the diseases as prescribed in the Ministerial Regulations. 
1. Leprosy
2. TB at dangerous stage
3. Lymphatic filariasis (elephantiasis)
4. Drug addiction
5. Stage 3 syphilis
6. Coronavirus disease 2019 or COVID-19

 

SECTION 44 No alien shall take up residency in the Kingdom, if (2) it appears that such alien is unable to earn own living because of physical infirmity or mental defect or having any diseases as prescribed in the Ministerial Regulations.
1. Leprosy

I will of course post more information here once I get some clarity on some of the points and also once Immigration make an announcement. But as we all know, that will probably come the day before.
